Refund policy

At Pins & Pearlss, we want you to love your jewelry. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.

To request a return or refund for a damaged item:

  • Email us with your order number
  • Include a clear unboxing video and photos showing the damage
  • The email must be sent within 48 hours of receiving the product

Returns or refunds may not be accepted without valid proof of damage.

Please note:

  • Products damaged after use are not eligible for refund or exchange
  • Customized or sale items are non-refundable
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
